Wireless Camera Remote Shutter Release for Canon Cameras

Our best-selling wireless flash trigger, the BR-E1A, may encounter some issues. If the remote works initially but then fails to pair, ensure that the remote is switched to photo or video mode. The BR-E1A can be used for video recording, but not for still image capture. To resolve this, check if the remote is set to "photo" mode and the camera's drive mode is set to "self-timer: 10sec/remote."

Even if the remote appears paired, it may still be unable to capture still images. Verify that the remote is set to "photo" mode and the camera's drive mode is set to "self-timer: 10sec/remote," emphasizing the "remote" part of the setting.

The WTR-2 timer shutter can be programmed to take 1-199 photos, with unlimited shots possible. The exposure time can range from 0s to 99h 59m 59s, in one-second increments. To get a single exposure, set the "N" value to 1 and start the exposure by pressing the "play" button.

The AODELAN Wireless Remote Control BR-E1A enables wireless camera operations, including still photo and video shooting, as well as focusing with AF and zooming (when used with the Canon PZ-E1 Power Zoom Adapter, sold separately).

Please note that the BR-E1A is only compatible with the following Canon cameras: EOS RP, EOS R, R5, R6, 6D Mark II, 77D, 800D (EOS Rebel T7i), 200D (EOS Rebel SL2), M50, and PowerShot SX70 HS.

To use the BR-E1A, first clear any previous remote controller connection information. Then, pair the remote by selecting "wireless communication setting," "Bluetooth function," and "remote," then holding the "W" and "T" buttons on the remote for 3 seconds or more. Set the camera's drive mode to "remote control."

For video shooting, set the camera to movie mode and enable "Remote control" from the menu. Set the BR-E1A's shutter release timing/movie shooting switch to the movie shooting position.

The BR-E1A is small and can be hidden in your hand. With the included lanyard, you can easily carry it around your neck or attach it to your camera, preventing it from getting lost. The wireless remote control has a range of up to 10m/32.8ft, allowing you to shoot in any direction without aiming the remote at the camera.

In addition to still photo shooting (with immediate release and 2-second delay options), the BR-E1A can also be used for video recording. When used with the Canon PZ-E1 Power Zoom Adapter (sold separately) or the EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lens, it enables zooming functionality.

The BR-E1A is easy to sync and use for focusing, taking pictures, and selfies, helping to avoid camera shake that can ruin your shots.
